In order to fulfil those obligations, you may feel you would like some additional help in gaining that deeper knowledge. You will, no doubt, have already realised that the official interpretation of our Constitution within the establishment broadly is extremely wide of the mark and any assistance that will be provided through normal channels will be seriously lacking.
