The recent fireside chat with Dominic Cummings produced by Pharos productions1  is worth a watch, even though it is hard to bear his stance on covid and related issues.  How can someone so apparently sharp, who had knowledge of the behavioural insights team and would have clocked the massive coercion that went on, not be suspicious about that particular narrative? Nevertheless, his information (is it whistleblowing?) in connection with how Westminster operates is very interesting,  I don't know a great deal about Mr. Cummings, other than the basics - he was the chief advisor to Boris Johnson 2019 to 2020, broke Lockdown to drive to Barnard Castle to test his eyes or some such story, I wonder though why he is now "allowed" to tell us about the secret meetings he had and some of what was said at those meetings? Someone, or some people, clearly want us to be aware, as many have long suspected, that the MPs really have no power and it is really the civil servants who run the show.  For more on who is really running the country - "corporate state capture", you should take a look at Ben Rubin's excellent segment on UK Column2

Dom (that's what many seem to call him in the comments to the You Tube video) speaks of moves to convince the PM that he is not as powerful as he is, so that he, the PM, goes along with what the civil servants want. Dom notes, however, that the only person who really can get things done is the PM... because he uses the Kings powers to do so (Hmmmm). When, and by whom was it decided that the constitution could be broken in this way?

Someone clearly wants us to know that the idea that our elected MPs control what happens in Westminster is actually a facade. (See Bev Turner's report on this on GB News where she really hammers the point home3). However, nobody speaks about the fact that another thing we have been told is a facade - the 'appearance' of the King having power, is not a facade at all. The story we are told is that the King's role is ceremonial, he has no real power and shouldn't be involved in running the country, and everyone proceeds as if this is the case. However, the true constitution does rest in the King, as Head of State, promising to hold the constitution in place. Telling us that this is a facade is a lie. How does the PM even use the King's powers if the King has no power, and why does the King promise to uphold the constitution if he has no power to so do? For more on this, see my essay 'When is a Facade not a Facade'4.

Cummings speaks of scripted meetings with pre-determined outcomes, all puppeted by the civil service. He also takes some time to explain the illegal immigration problem and how it cannot be tackled easily, he says, because of the constitution - which he describes as the fact that the PM is bound by the Human Rights Act 1998 (HRA) and the European Court of Human Rights. Dom says that to stop the small boats landing, new legislation would be needed, specifically excluding the HRA from operation in relation to this matter. So, this translates as: legislation needs to be enacted to change the constitution. Tell me, what is the purpose of a constitution if the government can change it by legislation? (In reality, the HRA and ECHR contravene our true constitution. )

News Flash - since the HRA is not actually constitutional, the simpler thing would be to expunge that legislation from the statue books - along with all the other unconstitutional statutes we have, and return to the true constitutional position, as per Magna Carta 1215. That is to say,

    1. We live in alignment with Natural Law, (ie we do no harm, cause no loss, act in honour and call out wrongdoing, in other words My rights end where Your's Begin, in other words, The Golden Rule)
    2. We have a tribunal, the Jury, to enable us to call out harmful behaviour which is out of alignment with Natural Law and by which the people are the final arbiters of the law of their community, and
    3. We have a King who makes a solemn promise to hold all this in place - (and if he breaks his promise he faces his own trial by jury, as did King John at Runneymede)5 . So, it can be seen, the primary role of the King is to help the people to administer justice.

We had better know our true constitution well and quickly, before the destructionists get us so angry with the confusing parliamentary charade that is currently masquerading as our democracy, that we clamour to tear it down, remove the monarchy (which we have been told is ceremonial and archaic) and create a void6 This void can be filled easily, in a citizenry who do not understand their sovereignty, by global policies implemented at local level through assemblies of people who can be "Delphi'd"7 into anything the technocrats care to imagine. The better course is to care about what is happening, but to channel any anger we may feel into protecting the proper Constitutional Rule of Law. We do this by holding our public servants to account and insisting that they hold to the constitution - if a public servant refuses to do so, we replace them. "They" want us to tear down our systems, so we must, instead, preserve and reclaim. The vestiges of our true constitution, which is aligned with natural law, are apparent throughout our systems and law, and known in the heart of hearts of many people. The systems just need reclaiming by those who understand.
